Legal Notice and Privacy Information
Financial contributions made to the Nebáncsvirág Association are voluntary donations. Making a donation does not constitute the purchase of a service, does not create a contractual relationship, and does not entitle the donor to any consideration.
The Nebáncsvirág Association has the exclusive right to decide on the use of donations, in accordance with its founding documents, internal regulations, and applicable laws. Making a donation does not create any entitlement to individual consideration, the provision of specific support, or any obligation to provide accounting or reporting to the donor.
The Association intends to use the donations to further its public benefit objectives, with particular regard to providing financial assistance to disadvantaged individuals and families who, due to legal proceedings or other life circumstances, face difficulties in paying fines related to vaccination matters. The manner and extent of the use of donations are determined solely by the Association, depending on available resources and internal decisions.
Donations are non-refundable. By making a donation, the donor acknowledges that providing a donation does not create any legal, financial, or other claim against the Association.
Data Management
During the donation process, the Association processes only the personal data necessary to manage and record the donation. This includes data provided by the donor or transmitted by the payment service provider (PayPal), in particular:
- the donor’s name (if provided),
- email address,
- the amount and date of the donation,
- transaction ID,
- technical data related to the payment method.
The Association does not process card or account information; such data is handled solely by the payment service provider in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Personal data is managed by the Association exclusively for compliance with legal obligations and for financial and accounting record-keeping purposes. Personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. Data is retained for the period prescribed by applicable legislation.
